Since 2002, our work has supported laboratories, sponsors, and research teams through operational oversight, diagnostic implementation, quality monitoring, and clinical research support.

About Our Founder
Ph.D. in Medical Research – International Health (CIH-LMU), Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU), Munich, Germany
Gabriel Rojas-Ponce has more than 20 years of experience in TB laboratory research and over 10 years of international consulting experience supporting laboratories, clinical studies, and research programs across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
His work focuses on strengthening laboratory performance through expertise in laboratory operations, operational quality, diagnostic implementation, clinical trial support, scientific advisory, training, and microbiology research. This perspective informs TB-LOG’s broader mission of making laboratory operations scientifically visible and supporting stronger laboratory performance, reliable diagnostics, and high-quality research outcomes in practice.
